Trafft vs Calendly: the short answer
Trafft fits a business whose clients book among several staff members, a class or a room, and Calendly fits one-to-one meetings. Calendly Standard is $12 per seat a month, billed monthly, and Trafft Mini is $9.99 a month, billed monthly, with 3 users included, as read on October 8, 2026. A seat is Calendly's unit for each user who connects a calendar and hosts meetings; invitees need none.

Try Trafft free for 14 days →How each one charges: users included against seats
Trafft prices a plan, and each plan includes users: Mini 3, Growth 5, Professional 15 and Business 30. An Additional User beyond that is priced per plan, $4.99 a month on Mini and $5.99 on Growth, billed monthly.
Calendly prices each seat, so its bill follows the number of hosts who connect calendars: Standard is $12 a month and Teams $20, billed monthly, or $10 and $16, billed yearly. One Trafft price covers a team up to the plan's user limit, while Calendly's price rises with every host.
Free plans and trials compared
Trafft's Free plan covers 1 user, 1 location and 100 appointments a month, with a booking website and Square payments. Calendly's Free plan, which it calls always free, allows one event type and one calendar connection.
Trafft's Free plan has one user, so a second host needs Mini, and calendar sync also starts on Mini. Calendly's Free plan allows one event type; Standard adds unlimited event types.
Both offer a 14-day trial. Trafft's covers its paid features and, Trafft says, leaves the account on the Free plan; Calendly's ends with a downgrade to its Free tier.
Booking a salon, clinic or studio: rooms, groups and payments
Trafft's Resource Management books the rooms, chairs or equipment a service needs. It starts on Professional, $49.99 a month, billed monthly, with 15 users included. Group bookings start on Mini, deposits on Professional, and Square card payments are on every plan.
Calendly Standard connects Stripe and PayPal and adds automations and reminders. No Calendly page read documents rooms or equipment.
Moving from Calendly to Trafft: a solo consultant on Calendly Free
Take a solo business consultant on Calendly Free who now wants paid bookings, reminders and a booking website. Trafft's Free plan covers all three: Square card payments, email reminders up to 200 a month and a booking website. It has no calendar sync, though, and Calendly's Free plan connects one calendar. Google Calendar sync, which makes busy time in Google block Trafft slots, starts on Mini at $9.99 a month, billed monthly.
Customer Import, from Mini, loads a CSV customer list; no import of past appointments is documented. Calendar sync writes appointments created in Trafft into Google Calendar, so the two tools can run side by side during a switch.
Who should pick Trafft and who should pick Calendly
- Trafft for clients who book a team or a class: Mini includes 3 users and group bookings at $9.99 a month, billed monthly. It also fits a consultant who wants payments, reminders and a booking website in one account.
- Calendly for one-to-one meetings, where each host on a paid plan needs a seat and invitees need none; Standard is $12 per seat a month, billed monthly.
Other tools in this class are on Calendly alternatives, and Trafft vs Acuity adds a rival that counts calendars instead of seats. Trafft's plans and limits are on Trafft pricing.
